I saw this contest at chictopia site.
This is the rules:
Topshop is giving away a new set of wheels to stylish bicyclists around the US. Starting today, Chictopia is partnering with Topshop to launch a new contest honoring bicycle chic:

- 5 Topshop branded bicycles will be given away each week to 5 Chictopians that participate in Topshop Bicycle Club contest.
- 4 winners are chosen by Chictopians, and 1 by Topshop
- Competition starts today and ends on July 20, 2009.

In order to qualify,
- Submit a head to toe shot of yourself with a bicycle in the photo
- One entry per contestant
- Photo needs to be a photo of yourself

This contest was closed at July 17th 2009
